Discover the healing power of ((vibration)) in this alchemical journey designed to root the body, empower the heart, & regulate the nervous system. Each session is uniquely catered to the individual needs of every client, meeting them exactly where they are. 
After a brief discussion of need + desires for the session, we begin by preparing our bodies + minds + spirits for the alchemy of release, nourishment & transformation that ((sound)) can offer us. 
This preparation may include some (or many) of the following sacred tools: guided meditation, breathwork, acupressure + qigong, &/or somatic + embodiment practices. 
If appropriate, time may also be devoted to the gentle awakening & activating of the VOICE, our own internal ((vibrational)) healing instrument that we have access to at every moment! 
This preparation will then be followed by a Sonic Massage + Sound Healing session where clients are invited to lie comfortably & simply receive the waves of ((vibration)) created through the use of antique Tibetan bowls placed on the body + a bath of Crystal Singing Bowls, Chinese “Kun” Gong, Ocean Drum, Koshi Chimes, Shruti Box, Frame Drum, & Sacred Song.
The journey concludes with a dedicated & intentional period of silence + reflection before the final awakening + integration.
